Verisys.net is a real-time transaction engine that saves organizations time and money by performing a single search of multiple primary sources on a provider or entity, with a single inquiry. Verisys.net searches for exclusions, sanctions, debarments, and disciplinary actions and is a central repository to store the collected data. This easy-to-use self-service platform can be used to verify licenses for any of your licensed providers and search the Social Security Administration-Death Master File (SSA-DMF), OFAC, Sex Offender, and Abuse Registry lists to name a few. Verisys.net provides transactional searches against our database accessing more than 3,500 primary sources and over 5,000 total sources.

Verisys.net is powered by FACIS® (Fraud Abuse Control Information System), the Gold Standard for sanction and exclusion screening. Verisys owned and maintained, FACIS is a data platform consisting of primary source content from federal and state sources for exclusions, sanctions, debarments, and disciplinary actions against health care professionals and busi­nesses for all published license types and published jurisdictions. FACIS is the most comprehensive data set for screening and monitoring health care providers to ensure compliance and protect against financial and reputational risk.

Verisys.Net is Simple to Use

By entering your provider’s or entity’s name once, you can collect the requested data from numerous chosen primary sources (exclusions, debarments, sanctions, and disciplinary actions) into a single centralized location. Providers and businesses can easily be added or omitted from the population at any time.

A one-time entry of an individual or entity will provide a search of FACIS and will identify any potential matches from all federal data sources (OIG, SAM (including SDN), FDA, DEA, TRICARE, FBI, U.S. DOJ, U.S. Treasury Dept., U.S. State Dept.) and all state-level Federal Healthcare Entitlement Program (FHEP) sources (State Medicaid Exclusions, State Contractor, Disqualification/ Debarment Lists, HEAT Task Force News, State Attorney General News, Federal District – Attorney General News, Medicare/Medicaid Opt-Out Lists).

Using Verisys.net, clients can continually access the documents that were provided at the time of the initial inquiry when needed for reference or for an audit. Verisys.net houses all of your records and provides a list of all searches performed over the past six months.

Verifications Returned with 99.9% Accuracy

Verisys will perform verifications on possible matches found during a search to determine true matches. Verisys employs a team of verification analysts who are specially trained to resolve false positives and to verify true matches with primary source data. A match category is assigned to each true match depicting the status and severity of the action. Both clear and match results will be returned. All match results will include unaltered data from the primary source. PDF links to the primary source documentation are also provided with the delivered results.
